Geckos in Paradise is a community-wide outdoor art exhibition and series of events whose purpose is to raise funds to support the Breast Center at the Kapiolani Women's Center. As in similar fund-raisers on the U.S. mainland, Hawai'i businesses, individuals and organizations are being asked to "sponsor" a gecko. The sponsors will then select a design from an approved list of artists and enlist the services of the artist to embellish and adorn their gecko.
